Tip A Few Tavern & Grille

Great burger, but the menu is ala carte so fries are extra. Wings are large and juicy, with a crispy, naked finish.  Wing sauce is good too and doesn't over power the wings.  Lots of TVs for sports viewing.  The only minuses are it's cash only, and smoking is permitted inside.

I've been here about a half dozen times.  Here are some food and misc comments on the place.

#1 - BRING CASH!  They DON'T take credit cards.

The wings are good and the cook will make them extra crispy, saucy, etc. if you just ask for it.

The burgers are phenomenal and have that fresh-made appeal to them.

They do trivia nights (I can't remember the frequency or night of the week).

It's pretty divey so no need to dress up.

Cold beers.

I believe it's a 21+ establishment though - only bad thing I can think of other than the cash only thing.  

Lastly, just accept this review on the type of establishment it is and don't compare this place to a fancy pants restaurant and you'll be fine.

The one star is for the waitress/bartender, she did a great job.  However, the food I ordered, chilled shrimp. macaroni salad and cole slaw, did not taste fresh at all.  I ate a few bites of each and stopped, and I AM NOT A PICKY EATER!  The men in charge of the place were upset with the waitress for some reason, and kept badgering her verbally in front of the customers......it was very inappropriate.  We chose not to return for drinks because of this.
