I've ordered twice online with them. Â The first time was great. Â The shipment arrived on time with no issues. Â
The second online experience was terrible. Â The package was never delivered by the USPS. Â They explained to me that the USPS had lost 5 of their packages in one week, and that this happens to their customers from time to time. Â They filed a complaint with the post office, and I gave them plenty of time (a couple of months) to locate the package. Â The package was never found so I never received the cigars. Â They were not willing to do anything to keep me as a customer (i.e, discount on a replacement order). Â I really wanted them to at least try and do something to keep me as a customer, but their response was that I would probably never order with them again, so they weren't willing to try anything. Â
Alright, if this kind of situation happens to their customers from time-to-time, why don't they ship the order or at least give the customer the option of having to get a delivery signature? Â The cigars were going to be in bad shape anyways after not arriving after a week... Â But they didn't seem to care about that either.
