Tobys Restaurant & Bar

Toby's is my favorite place in Wichita falls. I frequently visit this town, and spend all my Thursday nights here for Karaoke. I love playing shuffle board, and the petite blonde bartender always takes care of me and my friends. I have never seen a fight there (and I go on the weekends sometimes too). Cool patrons. Great service, and a  laid back environment for adults to have a relaxed night out. On the weekends they open up the WHOLE building...its huge! rooms upon rooms. I love it! -Mika

this used to be a good place, but bad customer service and bad music have really made this place craptastic. Lack of seating and waitstaff make it awkward. The ONLY good thing about this place are their iced mugged yeagerbombs, I will go only to sit and sip on this favorite of mine, then I leave, and go to the second crappiest bar in town..old town, yay!

When my friend said we were going to one of his old haunts the night before his wedding I knew it was going to be a blast and Tobys did not disappoint.

Get there early enough to set up around the shuffleboard table, enjoy the drink prices (easily 1/2 to a 1/4 of what you'd pay in Dallas or Ft Worth) and get drunk. The locals are friendly and more than happy to whoop your ass at shuffleboard.

I do agree with the others that say it does get wild. The longer you stay, the drunker the patrons, and you're likely to see some fists thrown. Stay out of it, keep a smile on your face and enjoy the show and you'll enjoy Tobys.
