I had a bad food experience the first time there but gave it another try and was pleased over the past year of doing business with them. Â I recently received a birthday gift card but after 3 attempts to use it and the way I was handled will never go back even if I had dozens more gift cards. Â Saturday afternoon and the next Sunday morning I called in for a to go order telling them I had the card but was told they were just too busy due to biker's weekend. Â I told the lady no problem but that my card expired that day so asked when they cut off service so I could order dinner for myself and guests that night so I wouldn't have to cook for everyone. Â I was told midnight but when I called at 8:45 I was told food service cut off at 9 not midnight like I was told.
I asked to have a manager contact me since I had not only been given incorrect info but had accommodated THEM by saying I would order later on 2 occasions since they were so busy. Â The 2nd time I tried to order I was told it would be a 2 hour wait for a to go order because 30 bikers had just shown up so I thought I was being nice by saying no problem for the 2nd time in a 2 day period. Â
No manager has ever contacted me which doesn't surprise me since if you aren't a biker or eat in to tip well they could care less.
Friendly service.
Great food - Cajun Grilled Snapper was cooked to perfection. Â Spicy and delicious.
Sweet Potato fries were awesome. Make sure you get the fried pickles (saloon chips) Â Â
Smaller place than I expected but totally worth the drive.
Can't wait to see their expansion. Â (rumored to have sand volleyball and a dance hall)
Way to go - Good food - Crazy Clean restaurant - Super friendly staff.
