This is a very welcome addition to the county. Â They have good drinks, great soup and tasty sandwiches. Â They have managed to pull all that off while having an attractive and professionally run shop. Â Hard to find that around these parts, when it comes to a place to get a bite, there are not many joints that even take credit cards in Rappahannock, certainly not any of the casual eateries. Â So walk in here with confidence! Â You can get a good cup of java, a tasty bite to eat and by God, whip out the plastic and charge it if you want!
Review Source:We stumbled into to Washington, VA! Funny thing is we just moved from Washington state. We were on our way camping in the Shenandoah National Forest when we decided to find some lunch. We drove through Washington and did not see any place to eat. We finally asked a local man who was in his garage where to eat. He directed us to Tula's.
Awesome food! The coffee is amazing. The atmosphere is casual and cozy. We may drive back to Tula's for lunch one day. We live in Fairfax.
Tula's off Main is that cheerful, modern-but-comfy cafe that everyone dreams about having in the neighborhood. Â Salads and sandwiches ranging from light to substantial, great desserts, pastries and, of course, perfect coffee. Â We live in town and went to Tula's for lunch on opening day. Â The place was filled with locals who all gave their dining experience a big thumbs up. Â Some had already been there for breakfast too, and later we ran into some of those same people while getting a hand-scooped ice cream cone for our son later in the afternoon. Â It's clear that Tula's will be that sort of fixture in town where locals stop on the way to the post office, or visitors relax while enjoying the scenery. Â We're thrilled to have Tula's in town and plan to be regulars!
