We ate here a couple of weks ago and it was excellent. We all got different items from the menu and enjoyed everything. My husband got the Pork Osso-Bucco and it was fantastic. I had the tNT Coulotte steak which was very good ,and my son had the Truffle Penne which he liked very much. We all want to go back and get that Osso Bucco. The patio has a beautiful lake and waterfall which you dont see from the road. It was a complete surprise. Its very hip and modern and clean in its decor and I would highly recomend you try them.

Great cocktails, and excellent appetizers. This location has an amazing outdoor seating area, with fire pits, and a lake with a water feature.  It creates a great ambiance in the evening.  Cocktails are very reasonably priced.

Twigs has been a consistent delight in Spokane for the past several years.  At any of their locations you can get a good meal with good service, visit after visit.  Twigs is better than the national chains.  The consistency shows that the managers constantly pay attention to the details.

Very cool décor.  Salty food.  Dirty tables.  Slow service despite a lot of empty tables.  Not impressed

I'll start with the pros: they have a nice patio here that's a great place to have a drink and a bite to eat on a warm summer day. Inside, the bar is a good place to take someone on a date. It has a relaxing, casual vibe while still being fancy enough to impress.

Now the downsides: I am going to have to echo those who have had issues with the service here. On a couple of different occassions, I have been ignored by the waitstaff far too long after being seated.

I think the staff generally has an attitude like they're working at some awesome place that you should just be thankful you got a table at, which brings me to my next point: the food is alright, but it's nothing to write home about. And the dining room is way too open and impersonal--it's difficult to have a conversation because of all the noise and if you get a bad table you might feel like you're eating in a slightly upscale cafeteria.

This place would get four stars if it had better service. Good bar, good patio, good drinks, serviceable food.

I have been pretty happy with every Twigs I have frequented.  This one is no exception.  Bear in mind, however, the place is priced accordingly.  But for consistently good food and service, I don't mind paying extra when I want to have a nice dinner in an upscale atmosphere.

The bar is well stocked and well trained, you'd be hard pressed to find something they don't know how to make.  And they will make it delicious.  They call themselves a martini bar, but they do more than just that.

Also, there is more to this place than the bar.  Their menu is varied with some unique sounding items, and they change it up a lot to keep it fresh.

Service has been friendly and efficient every time I have been here, and the staff never shows stress on packed nights, which is a rare find.

I do think they are a bit expensive on some of their menu items, and that is really why I can't go five stars.

Overall, if you go to Twigs I imagine you will leave fat and happy.

When the weather is nice the patio is lovely, and they have been very good about accommodating large tables and groups (7+). I like the Happy Hour menu better than the regular menu, but there is wide variety. I've enjoyed the Kahlua Pork Tacos, the Gorgonzola sauce for the fries, the Roasted Garlic Gorgonzola Burger... the servers have always been responsive when people in the party have dietary restrictions that need to be considered. One of my visits there was a confusion about my drink order, and rather than bringing me the happy hour drink I was brought a different one; however once the misunderstanding was explained I was comped the drink.

Good service, great salads, good iced tea (odd how hard that is to find), good fish and chips, and very pleasant surroundings

Never a bad meal - great gluten free menu.

After an excellent dinner at Twigs a few months ago, I returned recently and again ordered their sashimi ahi appetizer along with their house salad.  The tuna was dismal - tasted like cardboard and certainly not fresh.  Half of the lettuce was wilted in the salad.  I would have sent back both but didn't want to make my 90 y.o. mother uncomfortable.  I might add that she said her pork osso bucco was delicious.  Last time was so excellent and this time unacceptable.  I wonder if this inconsistency is typical?

We had a great meal here. Service was friendly, efficient, and accommodating. The food was delicious and well-cooked. The chimichurri steak was really good. The interior is designed beautifully, and their patio looks wonderful.

The only criticism I have is that the place is ridiculously loud. I know that loud is the latest trend with restaurants, but it's not enjoyable to have to yell to your dining partners in order to hear each other speak.

The restaurant is very pretty inside. The food is ok. But the volume inside is insane. When I can't hear someone talking who is sitting next too me, that's just too dang loud. We have been to this location 4 times, and every time it sounds like a school cafeteria.

My favorite restaurant in all of Spokane! We keep trying other places but nothing compares in taste, service, consistency, and price! The salads and appetizers are my favorites. I have only been to two of the Twigs in town but this has been the more consistent of the two (the other being in the Riverpark Square Mall). I have been here over a dozen times and recommend it to everyone!

Was very disappointed in our recent trip here. We have eaten here many times before and have always had a good time. We tend to go during Happy Hour as they have good appetizers to share. This time however the wait staff were cleaning the tables and chairs using spray disinfectant in very close proximity to us. I am not talking about wiping down between customers; but full cleaning of table and chair arms and legs. When my husband spoke to the manager and voiced our concern about cleaning products being sprayed around us while we were eating, she told us that she would let another Manager know. We then asked for our waitress to come to our table and she came over about 5mins later with our entrees in a to go bag! Guess they wanted us to leave. The food we had was good unfortunately the policy of allowing cleaning to occur around customers who are eating is not a good one. All the manger had to do was suspend the cleaning while we ate and we would have had a very different experience.
