uncorked

Tapas is a bit of a stretch to describe the menu here. Basically, the menu at Uncorked can all be prepared in a toaster oven. And there's cheese. The things they do offer are tasty, though! And of course, the atmosphere (and the wine) help things quite a bit. Service is prompt.

They have a large selection of wine and I think they have some finger food, although I never ordered any.

The atmosphere is very classy and the owner is very friendly. Great place to go before or after having dinner.

Great wine flights, and great attentive and friendly service.  They love to talk about wine... or anything you wanna chat about.  The snacks are good, and a perfect complement to a glass (or three) of wine at the bar.  The selection of wines by the bottle for purchase is small but eclectic and well curated.  Definitely the place to chill and converse with friends, and I've added it to my regular "go to" list in downtown Neenah.  Plus, you gotta love the vintage pharmacy sign (salvaged from the building's previous incarnation) that they use to list specials.
