Urban Flats is in a quaint downtown area of Winter Garden, Fl. Â Went here for dinner with another couple who live in the area.
Urban Flats is known for its delicious flat bread menu. Â We started off with a caprese salad for the table. Â The cheese and tomatoes were large cuts but the prosciutto was a bit lacking.
I ordered the Italian sausage flat bread and my friend had the Black & Blue flat bread. Both were very tasty. Â The other meals consisted of a Turkey Burger and Blackened Mahi trio.
Overall a good dining experience.

Pretty good food for Winter Garden. Surprising to see this type of restaurant here too. High ceiling. somewhat modern feel, open, airy...Is Winter Garden the next Winter Park?
We went for drinks and apps last wednesday for happy hour. They were having wine wednesday or something.,.$25 for wine and small buffet of few appetizer items. Seemed pricy for what it is and WHERE it is. It's Winter Garden- not Nyc. Needless to say we skipped this.
Only regular tables were available and no happy hour so we had a few beers and the veggie flatbread which was very good. Also ordered the poke stack aka tuna tartare drizzled w sweet, soy dipping and wasabi ball. This was pretty good, but was not blown away.
Overall pretty good for a casual late afternoon snack.
Last night was the first time I went to this location. Â Had a great evening with some friends. Â It is located in the Historical section of Winter Garden, and this is a very nice quaint little area. Â I was greeted with a smile at the door, and seated immediately.
They had a good selection of craft beers, and I must admit a sampled a few. Â I ordered a burger which I was actually was abled to get medium rare. Â It was cooked to my satisfaction, and the provelone cheese was melted just right to cover the 8 ounces of meat. Â I really liked the soft prezel bun on which the burger was served. Â It was a nice change from generic burger buns.
I gave Urban Flats an overall rating of 4 stars because i really really like the location they moved to in downtown Winter Garden.  My husband and I went for lunch on the weekend and  the place filled up quickly.  I had soup and a flatbread which were both good and my husband got a salad and sandwich combo and he enjoyed it as well.  Wasn't the most amazing food in the world but it was good enough I'd eat here again.  The wine menu is good, not cheap but good selection overall.  Beer options were limited but they had a few craft beers on tap that weren't on a menu so if you are looking for a non bud/miller/coors beer then make sure to ask your waitress what else they have on tap.  The ambiance was great for socializing and I can't wait to visit again when i can sit outside (the weather was pretty windy/chilly when we were there).  They also are doing Wine Down Wednesdays like the downtown Orlando location....its $25 a person all you can drink wine and appetizers from i think 5-8?  Not 100% sure on the time frame since i think it differs from the downtown orlando location so call ahead first to make sure.
Review Source:New location in downtown Winter Garden. Â Still in soft opening mode but the space is nice, location is fantastic, and the bartenders were knowledgable, friendly and efficient.
Mahi sliders were tasty and come with a tasty little salad. Â My martini was $11 for some reason, not sure what happened there... Â I guess I need happy hours to get started.
Will be back soon, great addition to the neighborhood!
