A small roadside trailer that sells takeout breakfast tacos and plate lunches. I've stopped here for breakfast and lunch several times on my way through town. The first time I stopped for breakfast, I was ordering breakfast tacos and was kind of set back by the high price. I ordered two all the way, and when I got them, I knew I had made a mistake. One was large enough to feed two people. And the taste! The bacon was thick and smoky, home made tortillas, and home made picante sauce. Needless to say, I was intrigued. Â When I went by there the next time for lunch there was a little bit of a wait as it seems the local high school teachers all order from here. It's kind of a blue plate special deal with a limited selection. I had the chicken spaghetti and it blew my mind. Whoever Vette is should ditch the trailer and open up a full blown restaurant as the food is always good.
