Our family was in town for a funeral and we decided to have lunch here all together. Wabash Junction was more than accomodating; we had a private room, a buffet style wonderful dinner, and the most wonderful service! They made a difficult day for our family a little easier and we appreciate them so much! I am highly recommending them to anyone who will listen! Great food, great service!
Review Source:Well worth the beautiful drive! Â What a delightful find in Stanberry MO. Â The Wabash Junction would be a proud addition in Kansas City, but their loss is a great addition to northwest Missouri. Their concept of "farmer fresh to Chef" produced a delicious meal for me and my husband. My sirloin and shrimp was so fresh and tender and the cheese sauce, fresh green beans were wonderful accompaniments. Â My husband had the bean and ham soup and trout amandine. The soup was loaded with ham and very tasty. Service was friendly and efficient, food was delicious and fresh. Definitely deserves 5 stars and the beautiful drive makes this a must try restaurant.
Review Source:This is a fine restaurant that offers terrific food value. Â You will find this is not your regular small town diner as the menu features some really nice items that are prepared nicely and in generous portions.
Katie Palmer and Jason Thomas are trained chefs and the presentations make that clear. The staff is very friendly and help to make for a pleasant dining experience. Prices are very reasonable and offer great value. Â A nice feature is that each table gets a plate of cheese biscuits during the dinner hour. Â The biscuits are very tasty and add to the dining experience. Â I highly recommend this restaurant.
