**LOCAL BUSINESS**
The West End Tavern (or simply referred to as "the WET") is a restaurant by day and bar by night, where everyone knows your name. Well, if they don't, they will after the first few times you visit. The service has always been consistently good, and it doesn't take much time before you run into your neighbor, or coworker, or friend while dining there. In fact, you may just run into two, three, or four people you know while down there.
The kitchen yields the likes of tenderloin sandwiches, fried cheese, egg salad sandwiches, etc. A plus is that they are not expensive at all. When I can get a microbrew beer and a basket of cheese balls for a shade over $5.00, it's going to be a good night. I've had craft beers alone cost me more than that elsewhere. Also, I must say the selection of beer is more than acceptable for the size of the place. Very few restaurants in Findlay have Bourbon Barrel Stout and Hook & Ladder Golden Ale at their disposal.
