This place has a lot of potential. Good location. Plenty of parking. Surprisingly good food. But... As with most rural restaurants and cafes management will be the killer. First time I had the pizza from here it was better than expected, light flaky crust with a nice garlic glaze. Perfectly cooked, tasty sauce and just overall well prepared. The second time we got 2 pizzas and both were lacking the garlic, and the attention of the first. One of them was almost not edible. Burned to a crisp and all of the toppings in the center, not to mention they forgot to slice it.
I've also had the Italian sandwich from here which was surprisingly good, big thick cut salami and cheese with pepperoni, light drizzle of olive oil on soft Italian bread. Also when dining in here there was no tv and no music on.... Felt like a bingo hall.
Management just needs to step it up, quality control your kitchen, put some music on. Get a BIG sign that days OPEN.
Bottom line, stop in and give the place a shot.
