Excellent food with a mom and pop feel. When you walk in, you can tell this restaurant is really a part of the community. With all the old pictures and newspapers of local high school championships hanging on the walls, you know this is not just another cookie cutter restaurant. The people here are warm and friendly, too.....they even offer delivery.
The only bad thing about this place....deciding what to order. Their homemade soups and chicken salad are fantastic! One of my friends told me he actually tried every weekend, for about 6 weeks, to figure out how to make the cheesy broccoli soup. Cookies, cakes, and pies are homemade as well. This place definitely beats picking up something from a fast food joint!
This place has good food bad service. I ordered lunch from here all the time and noticed they also did breakfast. I took my kids here one morning and didn't realize you had to order at the counter. We sat there for at least 15 mins. So I went to the counter to ask for a menu, the girls said..."we wondered how long it was gonna take you to notice that we weren't coming to wait on you and laughed." we left and will never be back or order food.
