Woodwards Open Hearth Steakhouse

We stayed near by for a night to ski. We could walk to Woodwards and we were pleasantly surprised. While I think they could benefit from maybe adding some more lighter fare pub style options, I thought the food was good and the drinks were fine. I liked the bar area a little more than the dining room itself. I think that they need to embrace the après atmosphere a bit more. I enjoyed my time there and would recommend if in the area!

Way over priced for mediocre food at best. The lemon wedge that came with my fish n'chips was all dry on the outside having been sitting someplace for hours as was the orange slice that came with my wife's order of steak tips. My wife's Cosmopolitan was bad and far too sweet.

The server was far to gratuitous and a through back to the 50s calling my wife "dear". There are far better choices within a 10 minute radius for this type of food. My recommendation is keep on driving.
