Xcaret Mexican Restaurant

Crap, crap and double crap. The only good thing here is the beer and that is because it is bottled and they can't mess it up.
Over priced, cheap ingredients, skimpy on the meat which actually may be a good thing since they are most likely using the cheapest low grade meat they can get their hands on.  This place is just sad, it works for them because they are the only Mexican Restaurant in town. I would almost be willing to help fund a competitor just so that the local people can actually taste good Mexican food. I have been here 3 times each time was worse then the last.  The owner/s are either ignorant to the business or cheap.  
The only nice thing about this place is the waitstaff. They are nice and I feel sorry they have to work in this shit hole. I suspect they may actually be slave labor! And I'm not joking!
