Went for breakfast with the family. Â Very good food and service - really typical food prepared well. Â
What's most interesting here is the "decor". Â What can I say about something like this other than WoW!
One wall is a mural - trees, water sorta pretty in an "well it looks good in that spot" kind of way. Â One wall is sponge painted red and white, but not particularily blended - just sponged and has all sorts of Marily Monroe pictures. Â Another has a red and gold wall paper with some lighthouse pictures, some floral pictures and a few left over Marilyn pictures. Â
Then there is the half wall. Â Here you can find very large floral arrangements that contain an odd mixture of roses and fake vines in colors not intended for nature - some of these arrangements are small table size and some are very tall and look like they may have been part of a wedding somewhere in time. Â Mixed in are some things like a statue of an american indian saluting an eagle three times his size wrapped in an american flag. Â Look a little further and you will find a dresser covered in magazinges and decorated with gold pillars and artificial grapes. Â Then there is the 3 foot long freighter carved from a piece of wood. Â Oh! Â And a TV playing in every corner. Â Hmmmm - my mind just couldn't absorb any more. Â I do have to say that as odd as the decor was the place was homey and the owner is just delightful so the decor only added to the charm.
