Yale A & W

Lots and lots of '50s and '60s nostalgia, an old style diner with inside seating, as well as outside drive-up service, and a couple picnic tables as well.

Very clean and organized, excellent service with a smile.  Very cheerful!

Two mug sizes for your root beer.  Papa burgers on the menu.

I ordered some chili-cheese fries and fried mushrooms.  When I realized my eyes were bigger than my stomach, I requested a to-go box for the mushrooms (they were just as good reheated the next day).

If you are in the Yale area, this is worth stopping for!!

The Yale A&W is by far the best A& W location I have been to. The food is always well prepared and tasty to boot! You can tell the owners (who are community locals) have strict standards that they ensure the food, and service, meet. This "fast food" restaurant yields food that is better quality than the towns other "sit-down" places, not to mention its cleaner and the service is better. They still offer the drive-in, car-hop experience-even in the winter!!! You can't go wrong here!
