Yellow Jacket Drive-Inn

I stopped this morning on the way from Little Rock to Camden as the sign said open and I have been wanting to try this drive-in for a while. I ordered just the Hubcap burger but was disappointed. The size was big and the toppings were good but because I stopped just after they opened - 11AM - I believe I was served a burger from the day before. The patty was very dry and overcooked. I think they warmed the patty on the grill as it was warm when I eat it but pretty tasteless and dry. I had heard they serve a juicy burger but this was anything but. I believe if you order a fresh cooked burger you won't be disappointed.

All roads from Mississippi to Hot Springs lead through Sheridan and the Yellowjacket Drive In.

Get the Hubcap burger.....aptly named as it is the size of a hubcap!

Milk shakes and burgers....they don't get any better than the Yellowjacket.  Worth the trip!
