Absolutely fantastic! Incredibly fresh ingredients, skilled preparation, and unparalleled scenery add up for a dining experience that really can't be topped. We had two amazing salads, a perfect tenderloin, flawless lamb shank, and a wonderful ribeye. Everything, and I mean everything, was delicious. Best tip: the lamb rib appetizers are too good for words.
*edited* Â I forgot to add that we shared the souffle and it was absolutely fantastic. Â Really good.
I know it sounds like I'm gushing, but it really was that good. Â Marcos is hands down the best chef in the county, I can say that with confidence.
WOW. Â We just "found" this place on our weekend RV trip to Paradise Valley, MT this weekend. Â GREAT food, friendly service, wonderful outdoor seating (a bit hot inside this time of year....and besides, unless I HAD to sit inside, I'd be outside on the covered deck enjoying the spectacular views. Â You can relax with a drink in the reclining chairs they put out on the hill overlooking the river. Cool! Â I had their rib-eye and fries (lots, and good ones), cooked to perfection with a great horseradish sauce. Â My wife had the Montana pork chop prime rib with asparagus, sweet potato whip, etc.....very good. We both had small leftover "doggie bags" that was enjoyable the next day. Â Food presentations were great.... looks like on TV (ala' Iron Chefs). We were too full for desert, but their pastry chef has worked at several great restaurants over the years, so I suspect deserts are wonderful too. Â We WILL be back next trip. Â (looks like some neat little cabins (two queen beds...not too little, I guess, too.) Decks from the cabins look right out over the Yellowstone. We are RV'ers though.
