Zaxby's Restaurant

Normally great food.  On occasion the tater chips are a little soggy.  The restaurant seating is not that great.  Way too many tables for just two people, not enough spaces to sit for larger groups or people with small kids.

After several subsequent trips, I've noticed a definite decline in service and cleanliness. The trays they hand your with your food are always slimy (soap, hot water anyone?). My Cajun club basket was ok. Fries were all broken up. I think I got the bottom of the bin. Oh, and don't show up within an hour of closing. I walked in at 9pm and there were only 2 tables with customers and no one in line and about 10 tables were dirty. Employees were concentrating on closing duties (rolling up rugs, mopping). From now on this is strictly a "its the only place open late" choice.

David H. from TN must be an ambulance chaser. I mean, come ON dude. Man up, a lil bump in the knee and you are calling their risk management... Go get a job instead of trying to sue people.

The employees were very friendly, no one hit me with anything while I was there either.

Its a new restaurant, the old one burned down and its recently re-opened.  We went for lunch because we received a coupon in the meal for a few of their chicken strips.  Food came out fast, was hot and fresh. We split a large fry and had our fill of drinks from the self serve fountain.  

Sweet tea was good.
