Today, July 7, 2013 at 3:53 pm, my husband and I went to Zebb's do dine.  We were approached by Melissa G, who took our order of drinks which was 2 Pepsi's and 1 Chocolate Milkshake.  Once she returned with the drinks, we were ready to order both our appetizers and our entrée.  We ordered fried dill pickles, and buffalo wings.  It took at least 25 minutes for our appetizers to be even delivered.  The fried dill pickles were burned, however the buffalo wings were very good.  There were 2 celery sticks served with the buffalo wings which were cut in half and turned down on the plate.  I (being the female) picked up 2 of the celery sticks and ate them, reached for the 3rd (my husband doesn't like them) and when I picked up the 3rd celery stick and turned it over there was some kind of red meat in the center of the celery stick along with some kind of assorted shredded cheese.
Very unusual for us ... we did complain about the pickles and the waitress took them back for a replacement order.  In the meantime, she brought our entrees and my husband's French fries were burned and not eatable.  He did enjoy his steak and steamed broccoli.  By this time, the manager came over to our table and mentioned that he knew we had some trouble with the order of pickles.  He asked if everything else was alright and I said to him verbatim ... "I am highly disappointed; When we come here to eat we are always satisfied."  He said: I am going to take the price of the pickles off your ticket.  He never mentioned anything about trying to make an effort to correct anything else.  I was very disappointed in him as a manager as he seemed very  uninterested.  The waitress was very slow, and that made our experience that much more disappointing.
"IF" we ever return to your restaurant, I certainly hope you have trained a Manager who knows what he's doing AND cares! Â I also hope your waitresses will have learned that the customers waiting for their food is much more important than sweeping the floors. Â My husband and I were seated at Table 107.
