2nd time ordering take out. Ordered the Fish & Chips. It came with Tartar sauce and Lemon quarter on the side (quite nice to use fresh lemon). The fish was nicely cooked and was crispy outside, moist inside. It was not freshly battered and fried, but rather was frozen and pre-battered, then was cooked. The taste was sort of like you would get from Long John Silvers. The fries were plentiful and crispy outside, tender inside. Again, nicely cooked, but the seasoning was uneven. One fry would barely be seasoned and the next would be overly salty. I was told by the cashier that the Shepherd's Pie is fantastic. I will try that and review it next time.
Review Source:Went to this place last weekend as a suggestion from a friend. The prices are rather reasonable, for a party of 3, the bill came to just under $50 which is awesome considering the quality and quantity of the food. Â We had the mac and cheese bites for an appetizer, which were super hot, fresh, and delicious. Â I ordered the grilled chicken breasts with a side of green beans, and split a piece of the in-house made peanut butter cup cake for dessert. Everything tasted extremely fresh and the service was super friendly. Â I will definitely be making another appearance again here in the future.
Review Source:I really like the draft beer and whiskey selection. Â The menu is great as well. Â The fact that it's a pub, you'd expect the food to be above the average bar food. Â This place delivers on that. Â I also like that the owners are on the scene and handle any "issues" that might arise, on the spot. Â I'll def be checking this place out more until I move.
