Stopped by on a Friday afternoon. Â We were swayed by reviews and their website which made this out to be a bit more upscale than it really was.
ENVIRONMENT: Â Small establishment, small bar, large pool table taking up the entire front room, small back room with tables/chairs, and a small deck for smokers with picnic table and view of large white building across the way. Â Restaurant was clean but no wait service and tables were left dirty by previous patrons who apparently didn't know they had to bus their own tables. Â Single bathrooms that were clean.
BEVERAGE: Â All orders are placed at the bar. Â No beer or scotch menu we could find and while they might have had a great selection, it was so busy we were rushed in making selection by staff who seemed overwhlemed. Â We chose two of "Als" Amber Ales - the house brew which was satisfactory and later, two bottled beers.
FOOD: Â Pizza, burgers, and some sandwiches. Â Pricey from 7-9 dollars for what was received. Â We split the deluxe burger which was ok but very greasy. It came with fries which were thin and nothing special.
OVERALL: Â Total cost for evening: Â 30.75. Â Cost for lack of ambience, rushed service, crowded rooms, and so-so food....too much. Â It may be worth a look see on a mid-day when crowds are less but there are too many other places to check out first.
