The fried calamari is crispy and yet light. It's the best calamari i've had outside of Casa Calimari in Brooklyn or in Cape Cod. We also ordered Mozzarella Corrozza, which is hard to get, so I was impressed. They prepared it in a way that I've never had it before, but it was quite good. The waiter suggested the linguini with white clam sauce, which I had, and my fiance had the chicken franchaise. The white clam sauce was excellent and the chicken franchaise was fantastic. It tasted like they used fresh basil in it, which really made the lemon stand out. I never had franchaise with fresh basil before... Nice touch. The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is I zipped by them on the highway and had to make 2 u-turns to finally get to them.
