Domo 7 Japanese Restaurant

Loved the banana special roll. It's a must! Sushi here is very fresh tasting and delicious! Don't be fooled by the tacky strip mall exterior and strange yellow paint color. Go!  You won't regret it.

Best sushi I've had...maybe ever?

I've eaten at potentially 20 sushi restaurants in the last 2 months (addicted much?) and Domo had some of the best sushi I've ever had. The fish was fresh, the rice was speckled with delightful sesame seeds (makes such a difference), and the seaweed was the perfect texture (I'm a weirdo but I find a lot of seaweed to be tough and chewy).

The atmosphere was casual and low key. This is by no means a fancy joint and I wasn't psyched by the decor or ambience...but I will DEFINITELY come here again soon - and you should too:)

While I enjoyed Domo prior to this happening, the last time I ate there I got really bad food poisoning. Their food is good but won't be giving them business any longer. I don't think they use the freshest fish.
