  Closed early-"when it's dead, we close early." Pity I would not have closed out my tab if I'd known I' d have to down my beer because I was not important enough to stay open another 15 minutes. Bad decision!

  Really nice bar area for watching sports. also a good happy hour. Food is just ok, stay away from the "fajita quesadilla" and you will be ok.

  No real complaints about this place, except that their salsa cups are the tiniest cups in the world (seriously, the whole world!!) and they ask that you only take 2 but then pay for more. It's only like 50 cents for another teeny tiny cup, so I just take more - don't ask. It's not stealing when you consider how little they give you in the first place. And if it is stealing, remember that it's easier to ask for forgiveness than permission. Or play the illiteracy card.
  
  I like the tacos here - it's hard to mess up a taco. Order it deep fried (they don't deep fry the whole thing, like Jack in the Box) but they do fresh deep fry the shell - very much like I make mine at home. So this is terrifical.
  
  The iced tea is a fountain drink! But it's in an independant casing.... so it looks like fresh brewed. There's no real point to my pointing that out. It was just an interesting fact I learned last time I was in there. I like to ask how frequently tea dispensers are cleaned out (you'd be shocked) and that's when I learned how this one works.  Mmmm, tacos and tea.

  Mexican/american sports bar and restaurant. Good food at a fair price. They nickel and dime you on the chips and salsa which is just not right.., c'mon people. and there's just nothing really special here....

  Had breakfast here.  Food was ok, but the service needs work.  The server/preparer acted as if we were inconveniencing her while we were giving our order. The cashier had the same attitude. Plenty of other places in Tulare to go to breakfast, Ill be going elsewhere!

  Really like the concept of this place. One side is Sports bar and the other side is family oriented resturant. Both sides have big screen tvs.
  Food is selected cafeteria style from a huge menu and is good and you get plenty of it. Don't get me wrong, This is not high class Mexican food, but it is good value for the money. Lot of the food is from steam trays and is microwaved so if you are a food snob you might want to stay away. But if you like relaxed atmosphere and good selection of food and drinks this is your kind of place.

  Just opened recently so we went there for lunch.  Pretty busy but the line goes very fast.  Fun to watch the crew make the food right in front of you.  Get's the juices flowing if you know what I mean.
  
  The meal - Really Good!  Fresh, Made to Order, Great variety, Fast service, fair prices, lots of food!  
  
  I had a half a Richard burrito $6.99, Chile con carne or chile verde and beans, topped with chile con carne or chile verde and jack cheese.  I had the chile verde with rice.  Very large, coverd with more chile verde and smothered in lots of cheese.  The whole Richard Burrito $8.99 would be TOO much.  Comes with a side of chips and several types of salsa.  
  
  We sat in the bar area and it looked fun, lot's of TVs and a nice selection of beer with a full bar.  Breakfast on Sunday includes Machaca.
