  Andrea has expanded her menu, and offers a wide range of seasonal prepared dishes as well as fresh pasta, ravioli with a variety of fresh fillings, and desserts.  She has maintained her high standards and enthusiasm, and mixes traditional with modern and visionary.
  
  Even if you like to cook and make things fresh for yourself, this is a great place to get inspiration, or to take advantage of to take a day off.

  Amazing ravioli and sauce.  Purchased "roasted red pepper sauce" and gorgonzola and ricotta ravioli.  All handmade on premises as is everything else, pesto, "gravy, just gravy", spinach ravioli, fettucini, etc.  And with enough notice Andrea will make specialty lasagna and other dishes.  What can I say, I'm a sucker for someone who clearly has made her passion into her business.

  Terrific fresh pasta -- this is the real deal. I can't wait to go back and try some of the sauces and ravioli. A great addition to Amenia.

  The best homemade pasta and sauce. Andrea is there she is a lovely woman and the pastas/sauces she makes in her store are outa this world. One day a week I think its Thursday she has fresh pasta that cooks in like 1 minute and is delicious. Looking for something delicious to take home grab some of the Ravioli freshly made and some meat ragu. Cannot beat it. Solves all dinner dilemmas.
