Their customer service is top notch, for sure, although I'm going to stop trying to order a Jamocha from any Arby's at this point. It always ends up tasting like a mix between their flavors. Anyway back to Grovetown Arby's - they definitely exceeded my expectations when my order wasn't prepared correctly (or I ended up with a berry+jamocha shake... blech!). All fast food places should follow suit with whatever this Arby's is doing as far as taking care of the customers go!
