Mi Rancho

Husband and I had a decent lunch here.  When we went, it was *very* slow, I think we were the only ones in the the place!  

They have decent lunch specials and they're really cheap.  Their special for the day are usually only $3.99!  Pretty cheap, IMO.

Staff is friendly, place is very clean.  The husband loved the tortillas.  Would def return!

The food was very good! Service was slow but that's to be expected on a busy Friday night.

I like Mi Rancho. I like it a lot. There's karaoke on the outside patio, and the indoor portion is well insulated from it if you would like a quieter venue.
Their quail is delicious. Their carne asada tacos are standard taco-truck sized, and are packed with meat and super filling.
If you get the chance to go, try the chori-queso. It's a cheese dip loaded with big meaty chunks of chorizo. It's really hearty, so come hungry if you plan on getting it!

The service was prompt, and we were checked on often when it looked like there might be a lull in our meal.
The server was friendly, and was very fast about bringing us more chips/salsa/drink refills.

The decor was modern and cozy, and they have plenty of television screens to keep you occupied if you need it. (With subtitles, not blaring out loud indoors.)
Their bar looks very nice and inviting, and it seems like a great place to come on the weekend with friends for drinking and food and karaoke.

A great first experience, and we'll certainly be going back for more.
