Asian Bistro

Asian Bistro rocks!  After not being happy with the low quality of the "other place" in mound, we have been here steadily for the past couple years.  The quality is very consistent lately and Theresa, the owner, is really nice and accomodating to us.  (She lives over an hour from here!)
If you have not done so, do yourself a favor and eat inside the restaurant, the decor is so, so but the food is so much more alive!  She has a great variety of choices and does all of them well.  I am not sure about the other reviewers experiences but ours are definitely in line with the higher rated ones and have only seen the lower ones from that other place...

Owner bends over backwards for us.  A. We love spicy food, we get it made Thai hot.  B. We do low salt, we get it MSG free and as close to salt free as you can get in restaurant food C. I am a Nutritarian and she makes my veggie egg foo yung with no gravy.  D. We are picky and she leaves out the baby corn on everything for us.  It's like having an Asian Mom cooking for us.

rubber chicken / asked for very sipcy and not even a hint was given / fried rice was only rice no peas, onion, sprouts, NOTHING. this place is trash
