Atria's Restaurant & Tavern

Took the wife and kids for lunch as was very pleased with the experience.  The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.  We had the Baja Fish Tacos and Marsala Chicken Breast with fettuccine.  The kids had burgers and fries.  The prices were just what you would expect for the quality of food and service.  I will be going back again!

We dined here tonight and had a great experience.  When seated, the room was very cold.  We asked about moving to the main dining room, but our server assured us they would warm it up, and they certainly did.  When we left, it was downright toasty in there.  
The story tonight was about our server.  She was excellent, friendly, professional, and even described several of their lower cost menu choices as her favorites (rather than the usual suggestions you get of how wonderful the most expensive item on the menu is).  She was very attentive, and gave the impression that she wanted to do whatever it took to make us happy customers.  Two minor service glitches that we had no problem overlooking were the length of time it took to get our bottle of wine, and I ordered their seasonal Butternut Squash soup, but was served shrimp bisque.  When I discovered the mixup, I decided to keep the bisque, but mentioned the error to our sever.  She apologized and offered to bring the correct soup.  We declined saying it would be too much.  She immediately said she'd take the soup off our bill, and then brought out a small taste of the squash soup so we would know how it tasted for "the next time".  The squash soup was much better!  The bisque is very rich and tastes strongly of Sherry, but it is also very salty.
My meal was their crab cake and petite filet.  The filet was cooked perfectly.  I asked for, and was given stone-ground mustard for the tasty crab cake.  The sides were also very good. The asparagus was cooked tender-crisp and the roasted red skin potatoes were so good they might have been my favorite item on the plate!  
My wife had their always reliable overnight pot roast.  We exchanged tastes of each others meals, and concurred that both were good choices.
We brought almost half of our meals home, but that left room for a small desert.  Our server suggested a scoop of their Dulce de Leche ice cream, and we took her up on it.  It proved to be, as the old light beer commercial used to say:  tastes great - less filling!  Our only complaint is their coffee.  It is rather weak and lacking in body.  But that's a pretty minor issue.
