Definetely not the best venue in the world
It's too bad because the layout great. You really can't get a bad spot.
It's small enough that you get a great view wherever you sit.
The thing that kills it is It has the most un-comfortable seats in the world.
The removable seats they use in the floor area and sides are just terrible on your back. After a while you can't wait for the show to finish.

But after being up on the balcony last time i realized that the best seating is up there.
Probably because they are permanent seats.

So if your going to see a show theretry and get an upper seat you'll enjoy it best

I've seen two concerts here and I'm really disappointed in how the staff treats the audience.

I went to see The Band from TV a few months ago, and they were a fun group that wanted to get the audience up an dancing. The band told everyone "come on down, and dance" and at first the security did not allow people to come down the aisle at the floor seats. They would turn them away. Knowing that they are being hypocritcal, they finally allowed people up to the stage.
There was also an awkward security guy standing facing the audience the whole time. Found it unnecessary and distracting. Even when all these women were up there dancing, he stayed put.
What was even more disheartening is when I saw an older lady, with some poster in hand and wanted Dr. House to sign it (which he probably would), but the security turned her away.

I was at a chinese concert there today. And the same stupidness happened. The artists (twice) came down into the audience, and walked around the floor seats, shaking hands, and posing for pictures. Meanwhile all the venue staff was telling people to put their camera's away!!!! Are you kidding me?! The artist is posing for pictures, and asking people to take pics of him.
During the concert, one girl wanted to take her phone out to wave it like a light, and the people told her she couldn't do that.

I'm sorry, but I really believe it's at the artists' discretion whether they want to be photographed or recorded or not. And if they wanted to be that strict about it, then confiscate cameras.  It's ridiculous that they try and run around to pull everyone's cameras when the artist is asking you to take a photo of him.

If these tickets weren't free, I wouldn't ever want to see a concert there.
