  I really, really wanted to book the beach party bus for my wedding. I called twice and emailed, and finally got an email response that they book fast so I should call and put my deposit down quickly. Well, I did call and left a message, then emailed to ask if they received my message. A few days later, I received an email back saying I had the bus reserved for my wedding day and they would call me the next week to get my deposit. Well two weeks went by with no call or email. Finally my fiance emailed and got a response that there was an emergency and they were doing only soft bookings. Then, a few days later they emailed and said they could now book us. My fiance responded and said we were still interested and asked how to get in touch to pay the deposit. Well that was 2 weeks ago and they still haven't called or emailed. Luckily there are plenty of other buses/shuttles in the area and we were able to book something else. I would NOT recommend the beach party bus to anyone. Their customer service, communication, and professionalism is incredibly poor.
