Went here for a benefit concert and I thought it was a nice beach bar, really big, lots of seating and a good area for a stage.

The bar staff was not that great, kept walking past us with empty beers and didn't offer to get us more...finally about 15 minutes later we yelled over the music to ask for refills.

But there is alot of food options right there which is nice and they do carry Redbridge Gluten Free beer too.

Loving the new 'comber with the upstairs patio. Great spot to people watch the boardwalk and beach from above.
Food service upstairs is by the waitress only.  We understand they are working hard but it was tough to get the waitress' attention to place orders.  Music mix was great!  A mix between dance tunes, mellow tunes and some rock.  If we were picky we would turn the volume down a little bit before sunset, just so we could talk to each other without screaming over the music.
Hubby had the crab cake sandwich $10 for 2 hockey puck sized cakes on a long roll.  It was better than expected, served with slaw, and not dripping with grease.
I had the grilled chicken panini for $8- not as grilled as a normal panini but it was a good, filling meal and good alternative to fried bar food.
This may be a new "must stop" spot on the new Seaside boardwalk.
    $1.50 Coors light
    $4 Corona

    Sunday night was the shit.

12am and the place was dead.  Only locals drink during this time and these aren't  the locals you want to be friends with.  Not saying that they're unsavory, but drinking this late on a Sunday night says to me that you're irresponsible.

And not on vacation like me.

Drinks are cheap but don't let the prices fool you.  The cups are small too.  Hopefully you'll get a bartender that is a bit forgetful on how much a shot of Jameson costs.  I bought 6 drinks and spent $12.

You could definitely get messed up here for $20.

Well, come to think of it, you could get messed up here for free.

Just try putting your arm around one of the local's old ladies...

I'm not going to lie... I totally came in here because Snookie got punched here. I'm not ashamed to say I'm a "Jersey Shore" fan so I had to check it out.

The place was super packed when we went and there was a pretty decent band playing. Their music was a mix of R&B oldies to alternative rock. Everybody looked like they were having a good time. We were kind of confused where to go since we'd never been here before. First we sat close to the back at a table but never got service. Since we wanted Sushi, we moved over to the sushi bar. We ordered our food straight from there. Our Drinks we had to order at the bar since no waitress came over to us.

We ordered a plate of Edamame and a few different rolls. The prices seemed really fair and the food was pretty decent for being a Bar in the middle of Seaside Heights. The atmosphere was fun and that's what makes this place enjoyable. You have all ages from old to young kids just enjoying themselves.

    Fun times at Seaside!

Decent place. Usually crowded, but its better than the typical boardwalk fare.

A little overpriced and it will take you a while to get your food if it's busy, but I would give it a try. I like the over the water location.

I came here over Labor Day weekend with my boyfriend, his sister and brother-in-law.  We wanted to visit the place of Snooki's punch, but we were actually happy with how fun it was.  It's a little rundown, but it's in a great location on the boardwalk and it has a really fun atmosphere.  There was a live band, and the drinks were good.  The prices were reasonable, as well.  The menu looks yummy and fried, but I didn't try any food.  I'd definitely come back for a drink.

For entertainment, this place gets 5 stars...there is always a good band, the bar tenders are nice, and it doesn't get too crowded so you can move around and breathe.  I've only had the pizza, fries and cheeseballs, but they're all good - 3 stars.  The cheeseballs are the best - they are cheddar balls - different from the Steaks Unlimited cheeseballs.  For a few summers I'd always make it a point to stumble over and get an order of cheeseballs here before calling it a night.

We only went for drinks around 10.the place was not busy-lots of empty seats-and 3 of us  ordered mixed drinks which were good but the fourth person ordered a draft beer with a coupon.  The bar tender gave us attitude about the coupon, took it, but didnt give him the beer.  He asked about four times nicely & she kept saying ya ya ya but taking other orders.  We had a tip for her but apparently she didn't want it. After ten min another one of us got his free beer & then we left bc they were so rude.  I suggest going to jr's down the block, it has dancing & everyone is really nice! We love it there!

    I like this place.

Music is good.. like someone mentioned, they dont overplay the top 100 songs ... they play alternative/rock music that gets you in a good mood.

Food is good [I always hae to get the oysters, clams, and shrimp when I come here].

Drinks are cheap, cold, and good.

They do have a dance floor which occassionally you'll find that one person who loves life so much, they dont care what people are thinking while they dance the hustle to Nirvana. LOL LOVE IT!

Service is good, although I felt bad the last time I was here, bc there were only 2 waitresses and this place was PACKED

SIDE NOTE:  [Probably bc they were filming season 4 of Jersey Shore right outside the place. Really people? Grown men were pushing to take pix of Snooki.. grow up!]

Anyways, go here.. you wont be sorry. You're right on the boardwalk, 5 steps from the beach! What more could u want :)

Been here about six or seven times in the five nights I've been at Seaside, if that's any indication.  I haven't been to the 'clubs' as we had no interest in that and just wanted to hang out in some decent bars on the boardwalk.  This was kind of our anchor point, for the reasons pointed out by other reviewers.  Great bar staff, quick service, decent live music.  We never got food there so I can't really comment on that.  In any case I would say one of the more solid bars on the boardwalk.

This will now be known as the place snookie got punched in the face.

Riding up the boardwalk at night on your cruiser is how we do it.
Seeing the new breed of Guidos and Ghettos, it's easy to say this place is a safe haven.

Live band kicks ass. So sick of hearing the same pop song played 100 times everywhere you go.

    Beers is cold and cheap.

Service is on point and quick.

They own the outside booths next to the walk-up ramp, which is great for sitting outside and having a chill drink and a smoke. Also a great spot to people watch since Steaks Unlimited is right across the street. It can get pretty interesting sometimes with all the characters walking around during the summer.

Oh and did I mention that you don't have to deal with fist pumping here! BENNYS GO HOME!

During my 4 day stay in Seaside i ended up here 3 nights.
    Why I like it...
-Snookie got punched here...the allure that brought me in laughing
-They totally are capitalizing on it with signs and by labeling her chair LOL
    -It's huge
-Live cover bands that are really good
-Great music selection in the jute box
    -They serve food
-The bartenders are fun, funny, and want to get you drunk...they also suggest lots of drinks for those of you that have trouble thinking of the group shot you wanna take
    -Fairly priced
-This place is lower key than those stupid clubs but still super fun.
