I love Mexican food and after spending the last 4 years in San Diego not to many places match up. Knowing this and expecting this I have lowered my expectations! The Betos in Saratoga Springs is poorly managed and when I pay for extra meat I am expecting something even a little more than normal.

I went through the drive threw and they took my order and waited as they served the car ahead of me I pulled to the widow and sat there for ten minutes when finally the female employ that had made eye contact with me several time comes to the window and ask if I had ordered. I gave her my order again and again asked for extra meet I was charged for it but what I got didn't even meet what I would call a standard size.
This is my third attempt there and with below quality service and never being closely impressed with my order it will be my last. I recommend drive the distance to another Mexican food establishment.

This place is disgusting now. The new cook needs to be fired. The burritos used to be a decent size now they are turning in to a taquito. If you're going to keep raising your prices the product size shouldn't be going down. the quality doesn't seem to be their either. The ham burrito used to have nice chopped ham now it's minced up like bacon bits. I'll take my money and go somewhere else for $1 more I can go to chipotle where they actually use quality fresh ingredients.

Hello, my name is Elvis, and I'm a burrito-aholic. I have just arrived from a state that has soooo much Mexican food, that well, maybe I'm better classed as a burrito-snobaholic. So I really wanted to love Betos since it is so close to my new home. It is not bad, but it is not that great either. (Sorry Betos!)

For starters, the food is extremely over-salted. I have had a bean burrito and I've had a pork green sauce burrito, and both made my ring too tight (salt intake, yikes!). The tortillas are nice though, that's earned them an extra star.

Our first visit we received no sauce. No sauce? no hot sauce? how on earth do you eat a burrito with no hot sauce? I was quite surprised that wouldn't be a given-gimme. Our second adventure, just, well, so SALTY!

So I will give it 3 stars for the lovely tortillas and leave it at that. I'm still in search of my burrito in this state. MY burrito. MINE. I am a burrito-aholic. Confessed.
