I used to frequent this bar often, I like the large selection of craft beers friendly waitresses, and overall the atmosphere is decent considering this is a Taylor bar. However the past couple of months it seems like my go to bar is becoming a place I see myself avoiding. The place is turning too trashy for my liking. What used to be a sports bar is now a hip hop dance club. However, this is not the biggest issue I have with this bar. Last weekend the owner had the nerve to ask my buddy to buy him a shot!! Yes, the OWNER! how dare you ask a customer to buy you shots?! Very unprofessional, and very tacky if you ask me. This was also around 8:00pm. I am the type of guy who enjoys a couple beers eat some food and just relax. Not get hammered at 8:00pm on a Sunday night!! My wife personally overheard the owner ask his staff to find people to buy him shots. This made myself and my group of friends very uncomfortable for the remainder of the night. All we wanted was to go out enjoy a couple cold ones and have a laid back night. Not go out and feel pressured into ordering tons of shots. I will not be back, I am very appalled at the way this bar has started to decline. Sorry Big League Brews but you lost a customer because you were too pushy.
