this place is not even worth one star. it a poor excuse for a bar. i us to be a regale and was there at lest 2 a week for karaoke but that was in tell the owner told some of my friend that were dancing to not dance that was in his bar. when there were 2 older people making out  not even 2 feet from were my friend were dancing. i don't know why we went here anyway because there was alway drugy's and bums.  so if that is your kind of crowed then this is your place if not then stay away.

This place is categorized as a dive so I will base my review on that. This place rocks. Great live music, decent pool tables, really nice people... Beer. I came from Sac and it was definitely worth the drive. I like the layout of the bar...it has a great dance floor.  I know I shouldn't be picky about the sound cuz it's a dive... But the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because they had too many sound problems for my taste. The band made up for it in energy though, and that was cool.

The least competent bartender I have ever encountered with a poor attitude to match. The bathroom smelt like a porta potty. Not particularly cheap either. Really nothing redeeming about this bar. If you have a choice of bars do NOT choose this one.

As I do not want to spend another minute of my time talking about this poor excuse for a bar, i'll just copy/paste the letter I emailed to the owner:

    To whom it may concern,

It is Monday night, Dec. 21/22, and I write this letter out of complete disappointment.

Every year, family and friends gather together to celebrate the holidays and to enjoy one another's company. This year - about 20 of my close friends met up at your establishment, Big Mac Daddy's Pub. We were there from approximately 10pm until 1am. The place was completely empty besides us, and this made for a very personal and fun night. We were utilizing all aspects of the bar, including the pool tables, juke box and dance floor, as well as keeping the bartender busy, as drinks were very steadily being ordered.

Just like every bar (that I've been to anyway), as the night progressed, excitement and noise levels rose. There were absolutely no fights, rude customers, or harassment of any kind going on. We were all having a great time, drunkenly screaming our love for one another.

At one point, a loud proclamation was made to the crowd, and, in response - everyone started rumbling their fists on the bar. Apparently the bartender working that night saw this as an utter insult, and without hesitation kicked EVERYONE out of the bar.

Working in the food industry myself, I 100% understand a bartenders right to defend themselves. This action taken by the bartender tonight however, I find absolutely unprofessional and quite frankly, embarrassing (on her part).

In the few hours we spent there, the bartender probably made enough money to pay a month of rent. Had things not made a turn for the worst, she would have made quite a bit more.

I am at a loss for words for how disappointed I am in the way my friends and I were treated tonight. Our hard earned money was wasted on the most unappreciative and ignorant bartender I have experienced.

I can promise you our money will never be spent there again. Nor will our friends or family's. Nor will anyone who reads my soon to come Yelp review.

Said bartender also displayed some other rookie habits. Including but not limited to:

-Spilling a pitcher of beer on a couple customers.
-Serving beer in a chipped glass
-Not knowing simple alcohol knowledge like types of beer and scotch
    -Giving wrong change
    -Serving pitchers without glasses
    -Giving incorrect change
-Charging cards for the incorrect tab
-Stating at the beginning of the night that she wanted to get off work early

Sadly, the list goes on, but the length of time I've spent on this letter has far exceeded my interest in the matter.

    Sincerely,
    Brian Bello

The drinks are okay, the beers i feel should be a tad bit cheaper. The people are a bit sketchy. Wouldn't trust anyone, that's just me. Usually country music is playing which is kinda annoying after a while. The only good thing that i like about this place is that i don't see anyone i know. Good place to drink under the radar.

    Screw this place.

Everytime I've been in here, someone has tried to start a fight with me over stupid crap (last time:  even though I ride an American bike, it wasn't a Harley).  But there's other reasons to avoid this scumhole

    1. Ever see an entire bar get pissed off, because the sattelite feed went out the middle of 'The Dukes of Hazzard'? I did.
    2. Ever wonder where skanky meth heads end up after they quit speed in Woodland (or at least to meet their dealer)? This would be the place.
    3. Want to inhabit a drinking establishment where they consider 'Achy Braky Heart' as being "country" Well come on in!

If you're in Woodland, and you really need a drink, go somewhere else.
