Delicious. Have been wanting to make it "down the county" to visit since seeing them in an issue of one of my favorite "foodie" magazines, Saveur. Everything was absolutely delicious - where can you find pufferfish on the menu? All the desserts are homemade, and absolutely to-die-for delicious. Decor isn't fancy, but it's good homecooked food. Definitely worth a stop if you're on the lower Shore!
Review Source:Best fried green tomatoes I've ever had. I got this as an appetizer and they presented a large plate of lightly breaded golden tomatoes which were sweet.  The coleslaw was made from scratch, not out of a container and the deviled eggs were very good.  The crab cake was not bad, but a tad on the small side.  The fried green tomatoes  which I placed on the crab sandwich gave it a nice taste
Review Source:This place is the type of resteraunt you hope to stumble upon as you are driving through an area you are to familiar with. Â Lovely people who care about their guests and food as if they were cooking for family and friends who came over for an dinner.
I had to drop one star because, though really good, everything is fried!
If you happen to find yourself driving down on your way to Virginia Beach through Chesapeake Bay, this is surely a great place for lunch or dinner (FYI, they close at 8 during the week, 9 on weekends).
DO NOT skip a slice of what was an AMAZING slice of apple pie for dessert. Wished they would ship, because this pie was heavinly!
