This place appears to be nice from the outside, but it becomes glaringly obvious the owner never puts a dime back into the business. The place was almost empty and yet it smelled like a nasty pair of socks. Many of the Billiard Tables had damage to the cloth, it took investigation of at least 5 tables before settling on one that was ok. Â And be warned, they only take cash (they have an ATM, but this is the 21st century guys, wake up!) If you want music, they have a 21st century juke box, but cost is between $1 and $1.50 per song! Unbelievable. Food is all microwave junk, so didn't order any even though we were all hungry. Beer on tap was ok, and staff was nice, but 4 of us stayed for only a short time and left, I doubt any of us will return.
Review Source:Prices for everything here are pretty cheap. Grab a pitcher of beer, a table for an hour or so.. and you would spend less than $20... but then again, who stops at 1 pitcher of beer? And after downing a few pitchers, you'll probably lose track of time and play for several hours anyway. But again, the prices are cheap so don't worry! They play music pretty much all night, the crowd is there to have fun (i've never had issues or anything... and i wouldn't consider this place "ghetto" anyway)... so if you want to just have a few drinks and a fun game of pool with some friends.. consider this place!
Review Source:Went here Thanksgiving night with the siblings and spouses as an escape from the family. Had a blast. I may be too used to Vegas and NY prices, but from my perspective the drinks were fabulously cheap. Review says full bar, but it was beer & wine only. Fine with me, but some of the in-laws were disappointed by that. Tables were in great shape, house cues were decent as well. Wish there was a chalk cone for your hand, but otherwise we all had a really great time!
Review Source:Don't know what last review was all about but this place is chill. Best pool hall within 100's of miles. Atmosphere is laid back and the service is great. Pool tables are in great shape and are regulation size, beers are ice cold. What more can you ask for? Personal favorite place to hangout or play in pool tourneys.
Review Source:Everything a pool hall should be.
Plenty of regulation tables -- in good shape. Â Full bar. Â Cheap beer. Â Table service... and a jukebox loaded with all sorts of crap you never thought you'd hear again.
Every trip back to SM, I make it a point to stop in here and shoot a few racks.
My only small gripe is that the house cues are crap. Â Bring your own if you're feeling serious about your game.
