Black Angus Steakhouse

Family Lunch @ Black Angus last week.
Normally my food is cooked just right, tastes just right and everything else that goes with it.
but recently something was different.
We all ordered med-well steak, except one person order a well done steak,
of course the well done steak was right. but when it came to us that order our steak med well it was pass well done, That didn't sit well with me or my other family.
the artichokes we order wasn't cooked as well as all the other times we orderd
service was ok.. so i'm guessing
* A new cook getting adjusted to his shift and or the kitchen
I can tell that it wasn't the same cook(s) that day. the artichokes normally done right grilled just right with the right taste..
* Waitress haven't seen her before maybe she worked that day and time.
anyway.
Hopefully my next visit will be better so stay tune Yelp Readers..

We ordered the Campfire Meal for Two.
Sampler Planter was okay, pretty basic.
The Potato Soup had HUGE pieces of potato in it. I mean I had to cut it up before eating. Maybe it was Potato Stew.
The Ribeye (which I paid extra for) was tasteless..... flavorless... bleh! I could have went to Primo's or any truck stop and bought a steak sandwich (for cheaper) and it probably would have tasted better.
My husband got a fully loaded baked potato with no butter! NO BUTTER! Really?

I think I will stick to my husband's awesome steaks from now on. All the good steakhouses are not up to par anymore.

I have been here three times, and two out of the three I had to send my food back TWICE. I'm not sure if the cooks just don't know how to cook steak, or they let the food sit out for so long that it goes bad by itself. Terrible blemish on Black Angus' name...
