Was passing through the area and took the recommendation from the front desk at one of the local motels.
The pub is associated with a local golf course.  My wife and I were unsure about the pub and almost walked out.  The decor is a little dated.  Luckily for us, a waitress walked by with plates of food as we were sitting having a drink and it looked and smelled great.
We were happy we stayed.  We had wings and burgers, although some at the bar were enjoying more elaborate meals.
The wings were fried to perfection and had a very good sweet-chili sauce.  The burgers were cooked perfectly to order and really were satisfying after a long day on the road.
I had inquired about the wing sauce prior to ordering as I was unsure of the description.  The manager came out twice as we were eating to make sure we were satisfied with our choice.
I was also pleasantly surprised by the price.  Mixed drinks and wine were $4.00.  I had a top shelf vodka, on the rocks, for $5.00.
While I don't anticipate being in the area again anytime soon, I would strongly recommend this place.

Located on the golf course, I would choose here over Brady's ANY day. Most days I would choose here over Out Of The Fire (OOTF). Why? They have booze, yo.

Here's the real deal: OOTF is casual fine dining, this place isn't - but if you are considering OOTF, you should consider this place too. It's a no frills, fake flowers on your table, type of joint. They turn out pretty good food, you don't need a reservation, and you aren't getting charged a cork fee because they haz all liquor. If you want something with the pretense of fine dining, or if you have trouble admitting that a well executed sammich is always better than "fine dining" executed with mere mediocrity, just go to OOTF and don't be mad at me for leading you here.

I really like their potato chips. I really like their salad bar (which is awesome for a quick, light lunch). I like their sandwiches - and am partial to their version on a club and one called the birdie. I've never ordered an entree, but have attended a special event there that had a buffet -- they had solid offerings (I don't think those appear on the menu, so no point in talking about them too much -- but everything was cooked properly and nothing was over cooked, which hard for a buffet set up to pull off). The only thing I don't like is the cheesey broccoli soup - which is an unnatural color of orange that I remember from my mother's "homemade" mac and cheese, which contained so much Velvetta.

    Anyway, check this place out.

Very good food at reasonable prices.  Saturday nights they have prime rib which is excellent.  The Reuben sandwich is great.  Homemade soups are also very good.  About 2 miles from the Donegal Turnpike.  It is well worth giving it a try!
