After a wonderful night of Howl-O-Scream with the boyfriend, we stopped by Blue Lizard! I try to stop by every time I am in the area! It is one of my favorite Hookah Places to visit!
They have great live music, comfortable couches, fun board games, and has a  real chill atmosphere!
During this visit, we tried one of their "Blue Lizard Bowls" it was Blueberry Mint (I think?) It was very YUMMY! :-)
Can't wait to come back!
I have to say Blue Lizard is my new Tampa favorite. Â
My heart still yearns for Meridian from time to time. Meridian has better music and it's a darker and sexier setting for a date on a random night. Â BUT Meridian has been overwhlemed with college freshmen that don't understand hookah lounge etiquette. Â They are loud and flash their cameras constantly.
Blue Lizard is fabulous. Â They have a great selection of shisha, tea and tabacco. They do sell beer, which is rare amongst hookah lounges. AND they have my favorite beer, Wild Blue.
There is a cover of $10 when you get into the door which includes one hookah. Â One hookah per person! And it's $1 per hookah after that. The beer prices are decent. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. Local art is all over the walls. Â My kind of place.
Blue Lizard is a hookah spot that many of my friends frequent. I'm not a smoker and this one of the few hookah spots that I can actually come to comfortably and not have to smell tons of smoke because the place is ventilated really great! The main workers are really friendly and you can request songs that you want to listen to while you're there if they can find them on their list. The couches are super comfortably and it's a really great place to chill late at night. They have cards and other things to keep you entertained, a television as well. Refreshments are also available and they have a variety of choices. For those that do smoke they have a huge list of hookah flavors and you can keep changing flavors for only a one time fee of $10. Non-smokers have to pay $5 to get in but it's not that bad to pay. The place is open late and closes at 3am usually and is located right by USF as well.
