I think  one of the owners here is also a part owner over at Spindleshanks (<a href="http://www.yelp.com/biz/b3uOkhnVKuz8mXtD8hCupA">http://www.yelp.com/biz/…</a>) down the way, one of my favorite restaurants in Tahoe Vista. While Spindleshanks is a fairly large and spacious restaurant/wine bar, Boulevard is a small, cozy, intimate establishment. Focusing on contemporary Northern Italian fare, some of the favorites are:
Pappardelle with Braised Rabbit Ragu
Braised Veal Shank with Roasted Garlic (Ossobuco)
Panna Cotta (best Panna Cotta dessert I've had I think).
There's an outside area available when the weather is good and it's right off the lake on the North Shore. Friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff and one of the employees is also a photographer, with his work being displayed here. Since it's small, recommendations are in order, but if you have to wait they'll be more than happy to help you out with a wine to start.
