I could easily go with 1 star, but I'm going to take the emotion (anger) out of the equation.
I honestly don't feel like wasting any more of my time/life on this place so I'll keep it short.
Service: HORRIBLE! My wife's chicken sandwich arrived at our table 15 minutes after my food. No apology, no acknowledgement, nothing. The waitress didn't check on us ONE, but that's only because she was busy texting. I had the nachos and they were sub par to put it nicely. They had a smattering of overcooked ground beef with no seasoning. The guacamole was nearly black with age. the chicken sandwich was blah. The fries were not fresh or hot.
I drank my beer and it stayed drunk. My empty stein sat sadly watching us struggle through the remainder of our meal. Poor empty stein.
My wife and I went the Saturday before St. Patricks day and the place seemed to lack energy. Â It seems as if it can't decide whether it's a bar or a restaurant. Â The food was OK, but not great. Â There is no cocktail menu and my wife was wishing there was one, sometimes she needs help deciding. Â
A couple of tips would be...dim the lights, it's too bright to feel cozy. Â Offer a snack... peanuts, popcorn, something spicy to help get our thirst on. Â A drink menu. Â The beers a behind a Zion curtain so you can't see what they have, and as I stated before there isn't a cocktail menu.
It's a nice place...just missing a little something.
