I know a lot of people like Bravo. I am NOT one of them. Not sure why they do because I don't like this place and never have. How's that for a review? Been there many times (you'd think I'd learn my lesson and not go back!) but have officially written it off as even a consideration. I love Italian food but I'd rather eat a peanut butter and jelly sandwich on stale bread than eat here. There are a few places I feel like that about  (Applebee's is another). Never had anything I liked here, never had anything I would order again, don't like the atmosphere, the parking, or frankly, anything about this place. BLAH!

I had the Grilled Salmon. It came with asparagus and potatoes and a few pieces of bread. Everything was great.

We always stop here for lunch on our way back from visiting my husband's family.  As places right off the OH and PA turnpikes go, this is one of the better choices we have found without venturing too far out.  BRAVO! is obviously an Americanized chain, but they offer a nice variety of pastas, salads, sandwiches, appetizers, and entrees.  Every visit, the food and service have been consistently good.

I usually stick with something light - flatbread, salad or soup.  The chicken, spinach and bacon flatbread has always been tasty - thin crust with lots of toppings and cheese, not skimpy at all.  Last visit I went with the soup and salad combo since they had tomato bisque as their soup of the day.  The soup was delicious and creamy without losing that rich tomato flavor.  We also shared the Portobello and Boursin Bruschetta.  This little appetizer was packed with flavor.  I absolutely loved the addition of the Boursin cheese to the garlicky bruschetta.  Portions are large - you won't leave hungry.  We'll be going back to OH in May so we'll be back for lunch again soon.

    Our favorite Bravo.

    Greeted/seated immediately.

Prompt visit from our server, Sean, who was on top of things during our entire visit.

Portobello and Boursin Brushetta was excellent... and my wife and I enjoyed our
Romano-Crusted Chicken Salads... and the beer and wine as well.

Tip: we are having grilled fillets at home tonight. Ate the chicken and a large part of the salads. Saved the extra salad to have with our steaks. (Thanks Bravo!!)

Service and ambiance were nice. Manager said, "Hi."

Return to Bravo in Cranberry, when we live in Murrysville? Do you really need to ask?

I stopped here on New Year's day and there was no wait to sit down.  This was pretty nice being most of the time I drive past there is always people waiting outside for a table.

The place is small inside.  They have a small bar and patio and also have an open kitchen where you can see them cook your meal.  The drink menu is simple as is the regular menu.  They offer a lunch menu with a couple different items on it than the dinner menu.  The smaller menus and quality of food are what sets this place aside from the other chain italian joints.

The tiny rosemary breads that they bring out before your meal is enough to keep me going back to this place.  They were delicious as was the dipping sauce they provided too.

I planned a baby shower for a work friend at this Bravo! location and it couldn't have gone better.  If you have 12 people or less you can reserve a very private room with space for a gift table and cake table.

I can't say enough about how great the service was at this location both leading up to the event and during the event.  If you book an event you will work with a regional person who books for several Bravo!'s.  They are very helpful in planning the perfect menu for your size, especially if you choose a limited menu like we did.  There are no extra charges for booking rooms or limited menus.

Our menu included brunch and lunch items, with most people choosing brunch selections of steak and egg benedict and stuffed french toast.  Both of these dishes were delicious.  The portions were generous and everything tasted fantastic.  The service was the best part, with several waitresses available to us making sure we had absolutely everything we needed.

A special note, we had a few people cancel last second, and the staff did not charge us for their meals even though you sign a contract prior to the event with the number of guests.  We were prepared to pay for these meals, but the fact that they made the exception convinced me that I wouldn't hesitate to plan another event at this location.

I highly recommend this Bravo! location for similar events and/or their delicious brunch options!

I visited this place twice in the past 2 days. I sat at the bar for dinner both nights. Last night, I was a rock star. As soon as my drink went to 1/4, they were asking if I wanted to fill it up. I ordered the bar bites (the best), and they brought each one out separately so they would stay nice and toasty/fresh. Dinner service was also prompt and courteous that night. Tonight, I was more like Kenny G. performing for a stadium full of teenie boppers; uncool and unloved.  I had to do the "index finger in the air", "over here" to notify them I was ready to order. My drink went down to E and stayed there for a good while before I had to flag them back down to let them know I needed another. It shouldn't be this hard at the bar folks, you're less than 10 feet away at all times.

Soooo, 4 stars for last night's solid performance and only 2 for tonight's. 4 star is the average if I'm doing the math like momma taught me :)

Very good.  A little over priced but worth it.

Very reliable for Chicken Marsala, one of the best I've tasted, and a large portion.  My only gripe is it can be crowded and noisy, so come early!

If you need "safe" food, Bravo! is a safe choice. I've only been disappointed at a Bravo! once. Not this visit or even this location. It was the calamari appetizer, which is usually very good. It was mushy and under cooked. They refunded the price when I mentioned it. They did so with courtesy and apologies. Today, I had a lunch special chicken & bacon salad. Huge and delicious! Would have had a picture if Verizon service were better. Sorry. Bravo! is consistent and the food is worth the price with ample portions. Nice variety to satisfy any standard Italian craving. Make sure you get a frequent diner card too. Makes subsequent meals (after five) cheaper still. Just a hair above Carrabba's on my scale.

    Bravo Restaurant review

Our visit to Bravo Restaurant restaurant was both pleasant and dismal. The dismal aspects involved the handicap parking, the hostess attitude regarding a distressed complaint, inadequately trained server, quality of food, and speed of serving. The pleasant aspects included the sensitivity of the hostess to special needs, the pleasantness of the server, and some of food.

On the day of this visit the weather had blessed us with high humidity and temperatures of 97-98 degrees and we were very hungry. My mother is 94 years old and, not surprisingly, physically impaired. I parked in the designated handicap space and helping my mama with her walker, approached the entrance doors nearest my car only to find a sign directing us to the "main entrance". My mom pushed her walker in the sweltering heat ever more slowly, and after a rest stop to sit on the seat of her walker, finally made it through the doors to the restaurant. Let me mention here that I could not briefly park in front of those doors to help her gain easy access because that space was occupied by a woman yakking on her cell phone while waiting for her take-out meal. The restaurant obviously valued their own convenience over the distress of their customers with physical problems. Bravo is located on a corner and there were parking places close to the door, none of which, not one, was for the handicapped. I was very upset at my mama's distress.

Of course I voiced my concerns to the hostess who just stood there smiling brightly and not saying a word about Mama's discomfiture: no murmur of sympathy for the situation; no apology for the problem; no mention of reporting the problem to management; nothing. She led us to a table and did turn to say, "would you like to be seated close to the door?", an issue sometimes ignored by greeters and an awareness we truly appreciated.

The server was evidently pretty new to serving and was friendly and seemed eager to please. She was attentive to details of any questions about the menu and checked with the bartender on details of drink ingredients. When she served our beverages, however, there was a black particle on the inside of the tumbler, about an half-inch below the rim. With her bare forefinger, the server reached inside the glass and deftly flicked that offending speck away. After complaining about the parking situation and asking for details on their use of high fructose corn syrup, I felt I had used up my proper allotment of issue voicing and decided the alcohol in the beverage would kill any germs, so kept concerns on cleanliness to myself. Until now.

When it was time to order Mama had lost her appetite from the physical exertion, the heat, the distress, and ordered only soup. I decided on a tossed salad and the spaghetti and meatballs with some trepidation because in my experience meatballs vary widely in flavor and quality of ingredients. Being hungry and opted to give them a try.

Another server plopped down our allotment of bread and dipping oil/herbed blend. The bread was okay but not truly Italian and was served warm, but the dipping oil is probably one of the best flavors I have tasted in that genre.

The salad was overdressed and very oily, the ingredients mostly fresh. Before I was able to finish eating the salad the server arrived with our food. My mama found her Italian Wedding soup to be watery (don't they TASTE their food?), but my meal was very tasty and seemed to be devoid of excess fat. The server came visited our table to see we were satisfied again, and again, and again. A manager also dropped by but I was in no mood to discuss particulars and waived the opportunity. Nothing personal. I just wanted to relax and eat my meal.

The server asked about dessert but not whether we wanted coffee. In the heat of that day I doubt many were in the mood for coffee. The dessert tray included all heavy and sweet items and no fresh fruit. With a menu of often heavy food how difficult can it be to serve one variety of fresh fruit? Mama wanted the peach/apple pastry and asked me to share it with her. The pastry was served on a single plate with a fork and a spoon for each of us. I divided the pastry and transferred my portion to my bread and butter plate. The pastry was warm, tasty, and satisfying but lacked the pleasant tanginess incumbent to fresh ingredients. And no wonder: the peaches were canned! Now, here is a restaurant with its values in place. Profit first.

On leaving I had Mama sit inside while I retrieved my car and nudged ever so close to another vehicle waiting for take-out so I could lessen the distance.

So far as American Italian food goes, Bravo hovers around average. The ambience includes a crowded, noisy seating against an above average backdrop. Will I give this place another try? Maybe. Maybe not. My Mama? "I really enjoyed it the first time. And the second time. It's not any different from many of the other ones, so probably."

The waitress is having a really hard time allowing us to order wine. Our id clearly states were over 21...

Bravo is a great restaurant, good food and good drinks. I never really have had a complaint until now. The poor food runner couldn't keep his tables straight, and I give him props for trying his best and I know how it is to have the patio open without tables, it can get a little rough around the edges. Speaking of rough around the edges our waitress, an older woman was all about her OTHER tables, her OLDER tables, I'm young I get it, but jeez la weeze women all I want is some dang alcohol! And she really wasn't havin it. When we finally got her attention that we wanted an adult beverage she gave us a lecture about how they have to check ID's. Were young, were of age, and we hear it all the time, I mean we had our ID's out prior to asking waiting for her to give us a chance to order something. Other than our waitress barely paying any attention to us, the food like always is great. No complaints here, just give the young-ins some love sometimes.

The service was terrible.  53 min from the time we ordered until we received our food. When we received our food it was cold.
30 min from the time the server said he was going to get a refill on my beverage until I actually received it.

If you have the choice pick another place to eat

In Pittsburgh for a wedding, and stopped by Bravo! for lunch. The portions were generous and the service was efficient. Nothing outstanding about the quality of the food, but I would go again.

We arrived early as we were returning from Pittsburgh after a Doctor's appointment. At around 5 the place was almost empty. They offered us a Wednesday night Martini special of $5. All the martinis looked good but we decided not to imbibe. The wait staff was very attentive and brought bread and dipping oil. The bread was a little stale but tasty overall. Our food came amazingly fast. I had the Fettuccine Alfredo and my wife had a pasta with sun dried tomatoes and feta cheese. Both dishes were very good. My fettuccine had a good portion of chicken included and the sauce was excellent.

It was a nice place to stop and get a good meal at a reasonable price. Nothing special but a fun place overall.

Was visiting my sister for my neice's communion and we had the after communion dinner here.  My sister had called ahead and reserved the back private room that seats 13, it was perfect for us.  We had 3 kids under the age of 11 and they were able to have fun without bothering the pther patrons.  We had 3 waiters and they were very attentive to our needs.  The food comes out fast, way to fast for me, I like to relax when out to dinner, but since the kids were starving, I guess it was a good thing.  The food was great.  Caesar Salad....very good.  I ordered the Chicken and Shrimp Scampi, very big portion and tasty.  No one in our party complained about the food and we even brought some home.  Definatetly recommend!

My family loves going here and can't ever get enough of the bread with the oil dipping sauce. Sometimes we getting a little too filled with the bread and can't enjoy our meals as much as we should lol.

Their Pasta Bravo is always a good choice, its a nice creamy sauce that will also go well with the bread :)

Plus, if you're feeling a little bored, you can always ask the waitress for some crayons and draw on the table :P

We recently tried Brunch at Bravo.  B. J. had the Crab Cakes and Eggs.  The jumbo lump crab cakes were delicious and served atop sauteed
spinach and artichokes, paired with poached eggs, Hollandaise sauce and fresh strawberries.  Jim wasn't much of a fan of the artichokes, but thought everything else was amazing.  I had the Breakfast Panini, it was served on a griddled honey wheat roll filled with scrambled eggs, cheese and applewood smoked bacon and served with strawberries, too.  I also had a bellini which was served frozen and very delicious.
