My husband and I stopped in for a couple of drinks this past Saturday night before we caught a show at the Fisher Center at Bard College. What a find! Lovely building, great staff, good prices, nice selection. We stopped in for just one drink at first, but we decided to stay for 2 hours because it was so inviting. At one point, some students from Bard set up in the corner and played a little jazz for us. I'd highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.
Review Source:Bread and Bottle serves quality comfort food in a very beautiful setting. The owners are so warm and friendly, and bake their own bread. Lots of the charcuterie selections are smoked and cured in-house! Must-try's: Â lomo (cured pork loin), and the red dragon, a soft mustard infused English cheddar. I wasn't drinking on this particular occasion, but next time I choose to partake, I'll definitely hit up their excellent draft selection.
Review Source:My husband and I visited Bread & Bottle while passing through after Thanksgiving. Â The vibe was welcoming, warm and modern, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food was delicious. Â They have creative panini sandwiches and charcuterie, and great beers on tap. Â It was unpretentious, comfortable, and creative without being stuffy. Â We will definitely return!
Review Source:I came here opening night. I was pleased with the beers they had on tap-good  choices, although I wish there was more variety. The wine selections were alright, but nothing too spectacular. I did have an excellent cheese plate. I liked that all the cheeses were fairly local. The service was okay, but it took a bit for the waitress to bring our drinks around, but they were just opening so I could let that slide. Overall I would say this place has the potential to become a great hang out spot for locals.
