I love this place.  They have food at a great price,  pool at a great price , and alcohol at a great price.  I always have a great time here.  The female bartender must be really attractive too because I was told how I kept looking at her . I love the music here too

Pool players' heaven!!! This has the nicest equipment I have ever played on:  brand new full sized Diamonds and a couple of Diamond bar boxes all with pro cut pockets and tournament blue cloth. If I am not mistaken, this is the only pool hall in California with a room full of Diamond tables. These are the best tables money can buy! Not only is the equipment nice, but the owner recently changed the rate to $3/hr!!! That's the second cheapest rate I've ever seen.

There are also weekly handicap pool tournaments as well. Sunday is 9 ball for B players and below. Monday is 9 ball open to all level of players. Wednesday is 10 ball open to all level of players. The tournaments are fun and a great way to learn the game, while possibly making a little money at the same time. If my memory serves me right, the tournaments have a $10 entry fee and are usually double elimination (although I can't remember what the race is to).

The only downside is that it won't get its beer and wine license for a couple more weeks, but if you're looking to have a fun and cheap time this is the place to go (in merced). Oh yeah, the owner, Joe, is a pretty nice guy, too.
