We were looking for a place to dance on a Saturday night and ended up at this place, which was fun!  The only problem is they close at an odd time, something like 11:30 and we were all very disappointed.

Parched was how I would describe our party after our 2 hour drive from STL to Rolla. In need of beverages and food, we checked out Bruno's on a whim after finding it on Yelp.

We were there at a really awkward time (3pm on Friday afternoon) so we ended up being the only patrons there. Still, the staff was awesome and took great care of us. We ordered beers and a spread of fried goodies, and most of it was pretty good. I can't say it was anything special, but hit the spot nonetheless. Definitely what we needed after a long car ride.

I have to agree that Bruno's doesn't look like all that much from the outside, and we were worried we were in the wrong place when we rolled up. The inside was standard dive bar, so no surprises there. Staff was friendly and attentive, and put up with our noisy giggling.

I wish we had had the chance to go back when it might have actually been busy, but alas, business at MS&T kept us away.

I must be missing something, but Bruno's is less than stellar. It looks like a revamped VFW hall sitting in a dirt lot near some apartments & homes.  Having traveled through Ireland and England, some dartboards and Guinness signs on the walls doesn't make it a "pub".  I would say it's suited for drink specials for college kids that spill beer all over...and I've had plenty of experience with that!  The toasted ravioli was decent, but the pizza had a flavorless crust and a weird tasting, almost bitter, cheese...Cheez Whiz for sauce maybe?
It was smoke free, the service was good and the beer was cold.

Sat at the bar and it was about 5 minutes before I was helped; the place wasn't even busy.  However, they have Guinness on tap so I'm more inclined to stop by.  I had the 9-iron club sandwich with fries - pretty good.  All in all, the only bad thing about this place was the service, although I'm pretty sure I made an impression with the bartenders seeing as how I was ordering round after round of Guinness while everyone else was drinking Coors Light, aka piss water (no offense to those who like Coors Light, aka piss water).  I also tipped fairly well.

I went to this place on a Friday night and it was a lively place. The ambiance was good and the music was good. The service was good but the place is a bit small to accommodate huge crowd.

This place is overpriced for Rolla, but one of the best hangout spots on the weekends. They have college age on up meeting up for drinks and listening to music. The last few times I have been here it's been more of the Cougar Club and the music has been very sucky to say the least. It is still a stop especially during St. Patty's weekend.

There isn't much more to go to except for the "Tater Patch." Ro-town sure does lack nightlife.

Yum! Awesome chicken wings! A great place to chill and watch a game or a great place to take the family. They have 2 seperate sides, a bar and a dining room. Some items are a bit over priced but overall well worth the money. Very clean and the staff is fast and friendly. I've only been here twice but will be back time and time again. Good selection of food, something for everyone.
