I have only been for breakfast on the weekend and all I have to say is Freddy is the best cook around.  Love thier breakfast only wish they served it everyday.

I've only been here for breakfast... I think 4 times.  All on Sundays.  I have only gotten a "build your own" breakfast burrito and a side of green chili to slather on top.  These are massive concoctions and dirt cheap.  There are bigger than most infants.  Two eggs and hash browns are the base and they give you a list of meats and veggies.  Add as many as you want... no extra charge.  You must write in you want green chili.  It is a must.  They also provide a Bloody Mary bar.  The coffee is ok.  Their service can be very slow but I overlook it for the food!

While this seems nothing more than a cowboy bar I have heard there lunch and dinner is awesome as well.

For a bar... the beer selection is more than Bud/Miller/Coors but not much better.  I heard it gets busy and rowdy at night.

I will eat breakfast here again... and again... and again.

I didn't really want to go here for dinner tonight but after eating here I must admit that I was impressed. The atmosphere is dark and almost confusing. The name and atmosphere is a bit dark and saloon'sh (as the name implies), the music is Irish/hip-hop, and then they have Mexican Beer salt and pepper shakers. Overall I didn't care for the atmosphere. It was too loud to talk and too dark inside. It feels like a bar that wants to let people dance and also serve food.

The food was fantastic though. I had the bacon avocado burger and it was great. The fries that came with it were fresh cut (the waitress tried to imply they were healthy because they were fresh cut. It was amusing). Everybody else was impressed with their food as well. The steak sandwich was another popular item and the quesadilla was almost as thick as it was wide. They had a descent beer selection although considering we are in CO I would have expected more local brews and less generic beer on top.
