Gypsum Creek Grill

Extremely friendly service and incredibly reasonable prices for the food. $7 for a BLT loaded with thick cut bacon on buttery grilled bread with either super crispy fries or thick  well breaded onion rings (no extra charge). $10 for a broiled salmon filet with starch and veggie sides.
The turkey reuben ($9?) was piled high with shaved turkey, two pieces of Swiss and nicely toasted wheat bread. French fries had that coating on them that made them super crispy.

You can't beat the value and views looking north from the terrace. We will be back next year when we return to the area and to the golf course.

This place used to be called Cotton Ranch and was a private golf club.  The city of Gypsum bought the club in foreclosure and now operates it as a public course.

My buddy and I played nine holes then had dinner at the grill.  Yum, pretty good.  He had Baked Cannelloni and I had the Pork Tenderloin.  We finished off our meal with Rhubarb-Blueberry Cobbler a la' mode.

We really liked this place and will return.
